**Required Skills / Abilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong, long lasting and positive referral relationships with key decision makers by providing a strong and continuous presence
- Establish and execute a comprehensive sales plan for each account
- Define and achieve agreed upon sales targets on a periodical basis
- Meet with families upon receiving the referral to review services, sign consents, etc.
- Provide visibility for our company and services by participating in community programs, health fairs, support groups and similar community engagement opportunities
- Champion Centers Choice purpose and values by practicing empathy and inclusion

**Education and Experience**:

- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred expertise in the private pay home care/long-term care sector highly preferred
- Background in concierge industry a plus
- Proven track record in sales and marketing with the ability to achieve revenue goals
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Valid driver’s license and car preferred
