    Job Description

  • Oversee Onboarding: Manage and coordinate the complete on boarding process
Prepare KYC Packages: Create and manage KYC documentationConduct Risk Assessments: Perform OFAC and Negative News searchesPrioritize Cases: Ensure timely completion of onboarding requestsLiaise with Stakeholders: Communicate with Front Office, clients, and internal teamsEnsure Compliance: Follow audit requirements and suggest process improvementsHandle Documentation: Manage necessary documents and industry codes

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree or higher 2+ years of experience within financial servicesExperience conducting end to end client on boarding Exposure to the asset management and/or investment banking side of ideal but not requiredImmediately available for work and can work in the NYC office 2 days a weekExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage and report on request progress

The client is looking to interview and hire someone before the end of July 2024 They are offering a market hourly rate and looking to potentially grow out this team
