    Job Description

    The Client Onboarding Consultant will be responsible for the following:

  • Oversee Onboarding: Manage and coordinate the complete onboarding process.
Prepare KYC Packages: Create and manage KYC documentation.Conduct Risk Assessments: Perform OFAC and Negative News searches.Prioritize Cases: Ensure timely completion of onboarding requests.Liaise with Stakeholders: Communicate with Front Office, clients, and internal teams.Ensure Compliance: Follow audit requirements and suggest process improvements.Handle Documentation: Manage necessary documents and industry codes.

The Successful Applicant

The Client Onboarding Consultant should have the following background and prior experiences:

3-5 years in client onboarding, compliance, or a related fieldBacchelor's DegreeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage and report on request progressMust be able to work on-site in Midtown New York City a minimum of 3 days per week
