    Job Description

  • Support and report into the Head of Chair's Office & Corporate Secretary
Prepare first drafts of Board & Committee agendas as neededDraft minutes for any meetings Obtain and maintain statutory documentation that includes constitutional documents, Secretary certificates, and other sensitive information. Respond to internal and external request for corporate inquiries Serve as the liaison for risk related work including the quarterly RCSA Assist with the annual reports associated with the clients Support any refined practices as needed Advise internal clients on any corporate governance or entity governance matters

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree or higher Excellent written and communication skills Experience with corporate/legal documentation Experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel etc) Basic understanding of corporate law and governance principles Immediately available for work and can work on a hybrid work schedule in Downtown NYC
