Required Skills & Experience
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics, including 1 year in healthcare data analysis, or 9 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working with Medical Claims Data, Disease Data, Social Determination of health data, or other similar projects.
  • Utilize SQL, Tableau, Python, Alteryx and R to extract, manipulate, analyze, and visualize healthcare data effectively.
  • Demands specialized expertise and the ability to interpret internal or external business issues, recommending best practices.
  • Encourages initiative in solving complex problems, employing an "outside-in" perspective for innovative solutions.
  • Works independently, with guidance in the most complex situations, and may lead functional teams or projects.
  • Demonstrates a depth and/or breadth of expertise, taking responsibility for interpreting and solving intricate problems in the field. Desired Skills & Experience
