Ideal Candidate:
Experience: Proven experience in soliciting new FIT and Group Tour business while maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
Qualifications: Ability to develop business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals; experience in training and supervising staff.
Pay Rate: $95K - $110K per year - final offer based on experience.

What will I be doing?
As Sr. Leisure Sales Manager at Tempo by Hilton New York Times Square, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and soliciting new FIT and Group Tour business while maintaining relationships with current accounts. You will:
Travel outside of the office to meet with customers and prospective customers to develop business, make proposals, negotiate contracts, maintain contacts, conduct site inspections, and close deals. Consistently meet with and entertain customers, conduct property tours, and participate in tradeshows, industry, and community events to promote facilities and services. Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff to ensure exceptional service and productivity. #LI-AT3 RequirementsWhat are we looking for?
