About the Position:

Serve as a Civilian Human Resources Specialist for the Assistant Secretary of the Army (ASA), Manpower and Reserve Affairs (M&RA). The position is located at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.



Duties
  • Advise managers or employees regarding human resources regulations and policies.
  • Analyze data to identify workforce trends.
  • Administer personnel management programs in a manner that facilitates strategic planning.
  • Advise agency leaders regarding strategic human capital solutions.
  • Align recruitment decisions with the agency's strategic workforce plan.
  • Encourage organization elements to challenge unnecessary and burdensome requirements.
  • Keep abreast of current developments affecting civilian human resources policies, regulations and guidance.
