Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our team. The Front Desk Representative will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer Inquiries: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and accurately.
  2. Reservation Management: Assist with booking reservations and managing the booking system.
  3. Provide Information: Offer information about the company, services, and local attractions.
  4. Handle Payments: Process payments accurately and efficiently.
  5. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the front desk area neat and organized at all times.
  6. Handle Correspondence: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes.
  7. Assist with Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  8. Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite and email.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of resolving issues efficiently and diplomatically.
