The selected candidate will perform routine duties requiring knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles to manage various renovation and infrastructure upgrade projects. Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain maintain a Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction project execution of various levels of complexity
  • Ensure subcontractor performance meets contract, safety and security requirements
  • Perform market research required to create project proposal for client review
  • Develop project schedules
  • Manage project execution to ensure budget and schedule compliance
  • Independently complete site-walks to ensure conformance with specifications and design
  • Facilitate start-up and construction activities
  • Review and analyze production reports
  • Review and analyze cost reports
  • Review and analyze schedule progress
  • Requisition and track status of required materials through all stages of procurement cycle
  • Responsible for obtaining approval and documentation of field and design modifications
  • Ensure daily redlines are accomplished as appropriate
  • Prepare miscellaneous reports for project management providing needed information for submittals
  • Ensure receipt of all necessary project close out documentation and ensure proper updates of CMMS system records and maintenance libraries are accomplished
  • Review subcontractor invoices and ensure timely payment
  • Perform all other position-related duties as assigned
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and five (5) years’ work related experience is required; in lieu of a degree, applicants with thirteen (13) years' of relevant experience will be considered
  • Valid driver's license is required
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen 
  • Must possess Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain maintain a Top Secret/SCI
  • PMP certification
