Location: Broward County, Florida (Fort Lauderdale, North Miami, Margate, Boca Raton)
Reports to: Board of Directors / Founders
Type: Full-time

The Operations Director/Superintendent will be responsible for managing and overseeing concrete restoration projects at various locations within Broward County. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

What will you do in this position?

Supervise and coordinate all activities related to concrete restoration across multiple projects.Plan and manage resources (personnel, equipment, materials) to ensure efficient project execution.Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all stages of the project.Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they remain within the assigned budget.Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, adjusting them as necessary to meet deadlines.Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure that the work meets the required specifications and standards.Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the projects development.Train and supervise the work team, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.Collaborate with the sales team to plan new projects and manage contracts.

What should you have beforehand?

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing construction projects, preferably in concrete restoration.Deep knowledge of concrete restoration techniques and materials.Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems under pressure.Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.Knowledge of construction and safety regulations applicable in the state of Florida.Willingness to work at different locations within Broward County.Project management or construction certifications (preferred).
