“One of the main reasons for my 5 tenure with Nutanix is because of the team that we have here. We have the best team who respect each other. I can say the team bond we have here is mainly because of our manager. He motivates each one of us and helps all of us to improve a lot. He never forgets to appreciate even if it's a small work which we have done from our end. He has helped us in setting up a proper career growth”

How we work-

We work in a hybrid style and all of our team members enjoy coming to the office 2-3 days a week. We are trying to minimize the number of meetings and promote the culture of a better work-life balance within the team.
