Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst and NetSuite Specialist to join our team at Kranz & Associates. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for maximizing the benefits of our NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring its smooth operation, adaptability to evolving needs, and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Operations: Manage day-to-day financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • NetSuite Configuration: Configure and customize NetSuite modules, including financials, CRM, project management, Fixed Assets, and inventory.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement solutions to improve supply and demand planning processes, order-to-cash processes, and inventory management.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Design and revise our configuration of NetSuite as needed to meet the needs of the business, including the creation of fields, workflow rules, custom reports, save searches, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to users, including customizations, integrations, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Project Management: Manage external development consultants and lead projects to implement NetSuite solutions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required, advanced certifications are preferred.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of finance and NetSuite experience within a startup environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office products, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate technical concepts understandably and concisely.
  • Business Acumen: Good business acumen and an interest in building up business understanding to help connect business needs and challenges to the right technical solutions.
