Job Summary:

The NetSuite Systems Administrator will play a crucial role in overseeing the development, maintenance, and support of our essential software systems. This position is pivotal in ensuring that our NetSuite platform operates seamlessly across various departments.

The successful candidate will lead the implementation and ongoing management of NetSuite, ensuring that all functionalities are optimized and that users receive the necessary training and support to maximize their use of the system.


Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Administer system controls for NetSuite and related software applications;
  • Convert new business needs into technical specifications;
  • Design, test, deploy, and maintain technical solutions for organizational initiatives;
  • Offer user support for all core systems, including the creation of documentation and training resources;
  • Manage system access and permissions for all roles;
  • Conduct regular data audits, review error logs, and resolve identified issues;
  • Stay informed about NetSuite features, customizations, and integrations;
  • Effectively communicate complex technology concepts to cross-functional teams to enhance performance initiatives;
  • Establish and document company-wide standards for NetSuite implementation to ensure consistency;
  • Regularly update and refine processes and procedures to align with NetSuite best practices;
  • Lead a small team to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Oracle NetSuite Administrator certification is required;
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with NetSuite software, preferably in a leadership role;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities;
  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team;
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.

Working Hours:

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, with flexibility in scheduling.

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience, for this full-time, exempt position.
