We drive adoption and usage for Unreal Engine and provide our customers with the tools and support to make amazing visual projects in the Unreal Engine.

What You'll Do

As an Epic Technical Account manager to be a part of the customer support team, working hand in hand with top Enterprise customers who are actively using Epic tools (including Unreal Engine) for applications including automotive visualization, automotive HMI, and simulation.

In this role, you will
  • Provide high touch technical and general support to top customers, navigating team dynamics and technical issues to help ensure our priority customers are successful in their utilization of Epic tools
  • Assist our customers in shipping industry-leading HMI experiences, engaging support and SMEs to identify root causes and overcome technical hurdle
  • Provide high touch support for customers and build on relationships (travel may be required up to 30% of the time)
  • Assist with Epic license efforts including but not limited to live Unreal Engine demonstrations, arranging evaluations, providing pre- and post-license technical support, evangelizing Unreal Engine at trade shows
What we're looking for
  • Experience shipping HMI systems and/or user interfaces
  • Experience working in Unreal Engine
  • Knowledge of HMI software architecture, as well as the typical challenges teams encounter when developing HMI systems, and what solutions to these problems look like
  • Experience working with automotive OEMs along with understanding of teams and processes involved from design to ship
  • A keen analytical mind with strong problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated thought leader in field of expertise (online presence, involvement in significant projects, awards and prizes, etc.)
  • Articulate with strong communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Able to communicate complex technical issues via email or face to face
  • Experience managing projects, helping teams hit deadlines by ensuring they have what they need to succeed Experience developing Unreal projects for Android/Mobile a plus
