Job Description:
Our client is seeking a talented Junior Business System Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our systems engineer and platform manager to translate business problems into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business problems into technical solutions with comprehensive documentation
  • Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers
  • Communicate confidently in small group settings
  • Document requirements and user stories
  • Manage and drive multiple projects simultaneously
  • Lead solution-gathering and requirement sessions with multiple stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Assist operations with IT solutions
  • Contribute as a team member in software initiatives


Required Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in a Junior Business Analyst role
  • Strong documentation skills for technical and business processes
  • Ability to work directly with end users to understand and document business problems and solutions
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and organizational skills
  • Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
  • Passion for IT and its application in operations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Classical training in documenting requirements and user stories
  • Previous experience working with a software product manager
  • Understanding of software product maintenance for multiple customers
  • Familiarity with accessing servers through RDP and Bomgar (or equivalent)
  • Experience with Azure DevOps


Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate $35.00-$46.00
We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
