General Summary

The Pump Installer is responsible for well pump repair, installation and troubleshooting on water well projects.

Starting wage = $25 - $35/hour based on experience. Health benefits starting 1st of month following date of hire.

Job Accountabilities:
  • Responsible for water pump repair, installation and troubleshooting
  • Job preparation including assembling parts, supplies and materials
  • Train Pump Technicians and maintain a safe working environment
  • Responsible for maintaining and repairing company issued equipment
  • Responsible for well rehabilitation efforts using chemicals and mechanical means
  • Administrative work including reports, driving logs, timesheets
