Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring. Experience in the merchandising domain is a plus. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technology solutions that align with our business objectives.



Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Kore.AI and a strong background in Pharmacy Benefit Management. This role involves designing and implementing innovative technology solutions that align with our companys goals and enhance our service offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of advanced technology solutions using Kore.AI to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of Kore.AI with existing systems to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
  • Ensure that all technology solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technology solutions and processes.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with technology implementations.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Kore.AI and Pharmacy Benefit Management to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Optimize system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during development and deployment.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide training on new technologies and methodologies.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance our technology stack.

Qualifications

  • Possess a deep understanding of Kore.AI and its application in real-world scenarios.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management and its associated processes.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Showcase excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully leading technology projects from inception to completion.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
  • Show proficiency in system integration and performance optimization techniques.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $130,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
