Shift

Up to 15 hours per week – we can work around your class schedule. Our office is open Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm but hours within those time frames are flexible. Must also be available to work during the summer.

Job Summary

The Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Department is looking for a student to fill the open Business Office Assistant position. This position duties include addressing general inquiries from walk-in visitors. Other duties include assisting with budget reconciliations, filing, office events, logging received orders and additional projects as they occur. Due to access to sensitive student information, College of Engineering students cannot be hired for this position. Must be available to work in the spring and summer 2024 and fall of 2024.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Skills preferred include organization, detail-oriented, and reliable. Would prefer an individual who is comfortable with Microsoft Office, accounting and clerical tasks. This individual also needs to stay on task and have a positive and helpful attitude.

Coursework in accounting or business is preferred but not required.
