Job Summary
This position participates in all the major responsibilities of the Patterson School pertaining to students, including:
  • recruitment
  • application process
  • academic advising
  • maintenance of student records
  • registration
  • student services
  • alumni database
Responsibilities include:
  • providing academic advising to potential and admitted students for the Patterson School and its degree programs
  • administering the Patterson School admissions process and collaborating directly with the DGS and Graduate School Admissions Officer
  • maintaining student records and program administration
  • event management
  • procurement and payment processing
  • supervision of student worker(s)
  • planning and carrying out recruitment activities, including travel as necessary to career fairs in and out of state
