What You’ll Bring:
• Accounting Mastery: 3+ years of accounting experience, with the ability to handle tasks such as data entry, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements. (Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred.)
• Financial Reporting Expertise: Proficiency in preparing year-end 1099s and state reports for Washington and Oregon.
• Client Consultations: Excellent communication skills to work directly with clients, providing them with actionable financial insights and solutions.
• Tech-Savviness: Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Monday.
• Strong Soft Skills: Attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and time management. You can work independently and follow written or oral instructions effectively.
What We Offer:
• Competitive Compensation: Starting at $27.00+ per hour, DOE. Includes paid professional development, PTO, and potential commission on accounts.
