  • The Visual Coordinator – (Store) this role is responsible for executing visual merchandising, merchandise placement with signing and marketing direction as directed by the Corporate Visual team.
  • This role is a critical part of developing a holistic ecosystem of M&M’S brand by assisting with bringing our key brand launches and storytelling to life in store.
  • Provide onstage support of Guests and Store Associates when needed and as directed by the Store Director.
  • Executes visual direction based on seasonal plan/activation calendar for displays and windows as communicated by the corporate Visual Merchandising & Marketing teams through product and VM Directives.
  • Retail Visual Coordinator reports to the Guest Experience Manager with “dotted line” to the Visual Execution Lead for the US (Region).
  • Graphic design experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • Functional Technical Skills: applying signage, assemblage and installation of visual props and mannequin styling.
  • Able to climb ladders, standing and lifting merchandise, boxes & props.
