Job Description:


The Administrator, Space Planning will support the NRR (Non-Refundable Reserve), Space Planning, and Master Data teams. This role is crucial in managing data input, organizing documentation, and assisting in various special projects related to store layout and visual merchandising.


Main Roles and Responsibilities:


Data Input and Management:

  • Input data from store layouts into the NRR tracker, including store capacities, volume, visual merchandising (VM), and marketing elements.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain all pertinent VM NRR documents within designated OneDrive folders.

Communication and Support:

  • Manage the mailbox and track store mapping requests during fiscal week resets.
  • Support manual brand flow revisions for one-off and special requests.
  • Assist in managing and tracking special projects, one-offs, and prop retrofits for NRR stores.


  • Special Projects:
  • Assist in the capacity validation project by collecting and organizing necessary materials and photo validations.


Qualifications/Skills:

  • Highly proficient in Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management and administrative work, preferably within a retail environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Retail, Visual Merchandising, Product Allocation, or Store Design.
