Berkeley, United States Voltage Park Full time

Voltage Park is on a mission to make machine learning infrastructure accessible to all, from large enterprises and research universities, to seed-stage startups and nonprofits. We believe that providing seamless access to compute with pricing and inventory transparency is the future of access to GPUs.

We are the only cloud provider offering a platform that shows all GPUs available to be rented at any point in time with transparent, market-based pricing, in addition to long-term reserve contracts for our customers. As part of this effort, we’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to build our Exchange and On-Demand products, offering use of our 24,000 Nvidia H100-powered GPUs. In Beta for three months, the Exchange is a greenfield product that has already been scaled to 1,500 GPUs, and is still growing.

As an early hire, you’ll also have outsized influence in defining the company’s culture and ensuring mission success. This is a remote role, with occasional travel.

What you’ll do:

  • Building on the current version of our Exchange, you will develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our future state Exchange product, aligning with the company's overall goals and market trends and customers’ needs.

  • Work closely with and build consensus across cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and technical support, to bring our products to life

  • Lead market research, speaking directly with our users and customers to build, understand and guide use case scenarios and user journeys

  • Create and prioritize a detailed product roadmap that outlines key features, enhancements, and timelines based on customer feedback, market research, and industry best practices.

  • Lead the communication framework to customers for this novel product in the market

  • Hands on product management, including requirements gathering, feature definition and optimization of product performance via performance-based data

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in FinTech, working on an exchange product, or on cloud management platforms

  • You have a proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products or platforms from concept to delivery

  • You have launched products that achieved economic traction in the market

  • You’re user obsessed, utilizing research and market analyses to put yourself in our customers’ shoes

  • You use market and performance-based data and metrics to drive decision making along with great instincts

  • You’re agile and excited about being hands-on in a small, start-up environment, with a passion for iterating quickly. No job is too small at our current size.

  • Deep curiosity and willingness to immerse yourself in the AI infrastructure space

  • You have excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and gain consensus across teams.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in and an understanding of the AI infrastructure space

  • Comprehensive understanding of cloud technologies, including containerization, orchestration, and automation tools
