What to Look for: 
IT Project Managers with at least 5 years of experience. Must be local to Portland, Oregon. Strong preference for candidates with Utilities Experience. Resumes should include summaries listing experience/familiarity with Jira, AWS Cloud, or Snowflake.

1. Lead and manage iterative product development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. 
2. Oversee multiple agile teams, including geographically diverse teams both onsite and offshore, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and collaboration. 
3. Overall planning, cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement; Strong communication and leadership skills to keep the project on track 
 
Top 3 Nice-To-Haves (Hard and/or Soft Skills) 
1. Risk and dependencies management

What would you say is the top priority for the worker over the first few weeks/months?: Roadmap and program milestone set up. Stakeholder engagement and report outs, Team norming and budget planning.
