This is a part-time role at 20 hours per week
Scope of Work:
Project Management Support:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Powerschool project manager.
- Coordinate all project activities and required customer personnel.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to the project timeline.
- Facilitate communication between all stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
Change Management Support:
- Manage all change management activities with the customer.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to prepare staff for new processes and systems.
- Monitor and address any resistance to change to ensure project success.
