You will research, analysis and develop innovative token launch strategies, provide guidance on ecosystem development, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful fungible token design and go-to-market execution

The Role:

* Reporting to the strategy associate & lead
* With the help of a highly skilled team you will develop token launch strategies, consult on ecosystem development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ensure successful fungible token design and go-to-market execution.
* Participate in client workshops aimed at comprehending business objectives, primary stakeholders, user incentives, token distribution dynamics, and optimal economy design
* Working alongside a token design lead and support busy data analysts and strategy associates
* Create and refine clients' long-term strategic roadmaps.
*Fast paced, ambitions and professional environment
* Fully remote working predominantly within an EST time zone.

The person:

* Must have in depth knowledge of Web3 and NFT's (Fungible token)
* Must have some 'go to market' research strategy experience.
* Must have a strong understanding of Web3 and its many applications (fungible tokens, NFTs, other blockchain)
* Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Must be happy to work in a fast pasted and ambitious / entrepreneurial environment.
* Happy to support an EST time zone remotely
