Position Overview: Our client is seeking a highly experienced marketing director to join their team and lead their efforts in building marketing strategies and brand recognition. An ideal candidate should conduct market research, deliver successful marketing campaigns under budget, and effectively manage social and public relations. Strong interpersonal skills like written and communication skills are also highly demanded.

Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize, plan and present marketing strategy with market insights to increase brand awareness and support business growth ambitions.
  • Develop SEO, SEM, social media, and public relations marketing campaigns across integrated marketing programs designed to improve brand recognition.
  • Manage the marketing budget to achieve measurable results in both short-term and long-term.
  • Enhance cross-functional communication and collaboration to guarantee the integration and alignment of marketing strategies with engineering developments and investor expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relations with marketing strategies.
  • Conduct detailed research on U.S. renewable energy market trends, customer needs, and relevant public policy to better support company's business development plans.
  • Manage social and public relations effectively, ensuring consistent and positive media coverage to bolster the company's public profile and market presence.
  • As the team grows, the role may expand to include the management of junior marketing team members.
Qualifications:
  • Full-time undergraduate degree or above in Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, or any relevant field.
  • More than 10 years of work experience in marketing with proven track record of project management success.
  • Proficiency in applying various marketing tools and platforms, including web, digital, and content creation software.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and adaptability.
  • Ideally work experience in the renewable energy industry.
