We are currently seeking an Entry Level Part-Time Level 1 Help Desk Tech to join our team.

Position: Entry Level Part-Time Level 1 Help Desk Tech

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Location: On-site at our Dallas office

Pay: $30,000/Year

 

About Us:

At Katalism Cybersecurity, we are committed to providing top-notch cybersecurity/IT solutions to small businesses in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. As a trusted Managed Service Provider, we prioritize excellence, innovation, and continuous learning in all that we do.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 1 technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Perform system updates and routine maintenance tasks
  • Document support activities and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues efficiently

 

Qualifications:

  • Passion for technology and a desire to learn about cybersecurity/IT
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a technical support role is a plus, but not required
