A reputable company is looking for an Integrated Marketing Coordinator with strong project management skills to join their team immediately. This is a temporary position that will run through the end of the year with a possibility of extending. You will be handling timelines for integrated marketing projects and managing projects in Asana.

Hours Full-time, Monday-Friday from 9AM-5:30PM Location Honolulu, Oahu Pay $22 an hour Responsibilities
  • Create, update, and maintain timelines for integrated marketing projects within Asana. 
  • Attend and lead weekly team meetings regarding marketing projects.
  • Manage annual marketing calendar. 
  • Support the drafting and creation of project briefs. 
  • Communicate project updates to designated teams.
Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Previous project management experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in administration, marketing, or communications role.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Asana, Wrike, Monday.com, or Trello.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, specifically in Outlook, Sharepoint, and Teams.
  • Comfortable learning and operating multiple software programs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
