The Integrated Marketing Coordinator must be extremely well organized, a great communicator and team player. This is a fulltime temporary contract estimated length: 8 months, could be extended. Duties of the position: Create and maintain timelines for the integrated marketing projects within the Asana project management tool. Attend and occasionally lead/facilitate weekly Integrated Marketing team meetings and any other key meetings associated with the projects. Assist with managing the annual marketing calendar. Support the drafting/creation of project briefs. Communicate project updates to the broader integrated marketing team. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements/Preferred Skills: Minimum Requirements: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Extremely organized with tasks and workload planning. Able to manage and execute from a list of varying assigned tasks. Strong project management skills. Flexible attitude and able to work cross-departmentally. Detail-oriented and able to spot issues with timelines and identify opportunities for improvement. Preferred Skills: Experience using a project management software such as Asana, Wrike, Monday or Trello. Experience in an administration, marketing or communications role. Project management experience. Tech-savvy - able to easily adopt new technology and/or software. Proficient in MS Office software, specifically Outlook, SharePoint and MS Teams. Duration and Pay Rate: Estimated 5 month contract this position pays $22.00/HR and is a full time role.
