A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting in a dynamic field is essential for success in this evolving role.What to Expect:Client Services Representatives will be responsible for being available to all clients during business hours to answer any questions via phone specific to the Corporate Transparency ActAssisting clients with common questions about why they need to file a Beneficial Ownership Form and guiding how to complete the Beneficial Ownership Form, what documents are required to file, as well as advice on how to apply for a FincenAssisting with navigating a client portal and determining which entities require filingJob Duties:Answer inbound calls regarding the Corporate Transparency ActAnswer client questions, aiming for first-call resolution with minimal transfers.Utilize the resources and knowledge of our professionals in their respective departments.Respond to incoming client email support requests and/or route them to the correct department for active follow-up.
