  • Supporting end users at the firm.
Working alongside the network team on any issues that arise.Creating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Maintaining all IT equipment.Handling any ad hoc projects as requested.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.3+ years of IT support experience.Law firm experience is a plusExperience with AV systems, remote access systems, etc.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to travel to other office locations as needed.
