our team consists of experienced global marketers, employer branding SMEs, digital and
recruitment marketing specialists, data analysts, and content marketers with diverse
backgrounds and cultures. We work within a very flexible work environment in which there
are clear responsibilities on output but also a lot of room for creativity and innovative ideas.
Our final goal is to hire more, hire faster, hire cost-effective.


what youâll do;


â own and lead the the end to end talent marketing and employer brand strategy for
one or more regional or global accounts as strategic partner and SME
â be strategic partner and SME to our senior recruitment operational leadership
stakeholders
â lead the development of client briefs and implementations supported by the wider
team
â support sales, renewal, pricing and solution design in collaboration with the business
â be the unique point of contact for clients and colleagues making sure all the right
stakeholders and plans are connected at the right time


what you will bring;


â ability to deeply understand, design and influence employer branding and
recruitment marketing concepts, strategy and programs
â high level of understanding of recruitment processes within MSP and RPO or agency
â experience and strong rigour in running end-to-end programmes and projects
â excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt style for audience and
platform
â ability to create well written and designed proposals and strategies, using the
relevant operating systems
