What will you do? 

  • Works with Client Partners to define client strategy connected to business goals 
  • Owns and develop the client plan template on how we present e2e strategies to clients (current and potential) - in strong collaboration with client partners and digital team
  • Works with stakeholders, creative and digital team to identify, design and develop strategic, employer brand driven attraction strategies and campaigns
  • Support technology improvement to offer seamless experience for talent and increase operational effectiveness of recruitment marketing, media and digital campaigns - reducing overall reliance on job boards and LinkedIn licences
  • Provides support to Client Partners around employer brand research and insights in order to develop robust creative briefs and strong value propositions that leverage client employer brands, tailored to key talent audiences.
  • Utilise market data and talent insights to articulate key selling points across the candidate journey

     

    Key support to the client partnering and creative team

    • Attraction strategies and proposals informed by data and insights
    • Creation, management and execution of end-to-end strategies in collaboration with the other teams
    • Data analysis of recruitment marketing campaigns and activities with constant improvements and additional activity advices
    • Collaborate strongly with creatives and client partners from the briefing stage to make sure messaging in on point and tailored by channel

       

      What will you bring? 

      • Employer brand and talent marketing knowledge including creative strategies 
      • Strong knowledge or interest in targeting and target segmentation 
      • Depth understanding of employer brand and EVP thought leadership with experience of hands on delivery in this space
      • Experience in designing and managing end-to-end campaigns and attraction marketing projects and managing stakeholders
      • Excellent command of English language (written and spoken) and communication skills
      • Ability to create well written and designed proposals and strategies, using the relevant operating systems, e.g Google Suite or Microsoft Office
        • Experience in a similar role ideally within a strategic employer brand role
        • Relevant certifications or experiences
