Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient mannerBrew, sell, promote and prepare beverages according to established recipes and standardsTake guest beverage orders and accurately input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system Maintains cleanliness of work area/outletAccurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates and cardsRequisition, stock and rotate products Secure and store all beverages, food and other equipment itemsDeposit cash drops, secure and balance bank and sign out/in keys Rotate in our "Knock & Drop" room delivery service shiftsAnswer phone calls to place guest orders for "Knock & Drop" room delivery serviceHere are a few things you can expect to do on a typical day: 1. Relaying your understanding of coffee and tea regions and the various differences in flavor and blends to customers. 2. Taking orders and conveying them to team members for preparation. 3. Maintaining inventory by replenishing coffee bean & food supply and stocking brewing equipment. 4. You will preferably have worked in a restaurant before but if not, its ok - we can train you; as long as you have the desire to learn and impact our guests in a positive way
