BARISTA PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Efficiently fulfill customer requests while delivering outstanding service
  • Craft beverages in accordance with company recipes and quality standards
  • Uphold cleanliness in the work area and manage inventory supplies
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines
  • Offer prompt, efficient, and friendly service to all patrons

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

  • Must successfully complete TSA background verification
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume environment
  • 6-12 months of Barista experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with sanitation standards
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Capability to deliver consistent customer service
  • Maintain composure during peak service times
  • Dependable attendance and proactive attitude
  • Team-oriented with a valid Food Handler's certification
  • Enthusiasm for coffee culture
