Must have open availability including mornings, afternoons, and Saturdays.

Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including frequent bending, lifting, and stooping.

Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure all stations are properly stocked and set up before and during service and complete any additional opening duties.

Greet customers, take orders accurately, and ring all orders through POS; promptly receive and process payment for each guest.

Prepare coffee and other beverages according to Caribbrew's recipes, always upholding the culture and standards of the Caribbrew coffee program and adhering to food safety standards..

Anticipate the needs of guests and provide consistent, genuine, and generous service..

Address any guest needs or concerns as soon as possible; communicate any complaints or issues with food or service to leadership.

Complete all closing duties including a financial checkout, closing sidewalk, general cleaning projects, and any additional tasks assigned by leadership.

Help us create social media contents, comfortable making videos or going live in the cafe

Guests know us for transportive spaces and sumptuous fare, but what we are most proud of is the generosity we extend to our teams.
