*Overview* We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by building strong relationships and providing exceptional service. *Duties* - Manage and nurture client accounts to drive adoption and retention - Collaborate with sales teams to identify and grow opportunities within accounts - Analyze customer data to improve the customer experience - Lead projects focused on enhancing customer success processes - Communicate regularly with customers to understand their needs and address any issues - Market new features or products to existing clients - Provide training and support to clients on using our software platform effectively *Experience* - Proven experience in SaaS customer success, account management, or a related field - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software - Strong project management skills - Sales acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Experience in financial services is a plus - Prior experience in customer service is preferred Join us in a rewarding role where you can make a significant impact on our customers' success while advancing your career in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
