  • CleanChoice Energy has an immediate opening for a full-time VP Accounting, Corporate Controller reporting to its Chief Financial Officer.
  • The individual must be experienced and comfortable accounting for construction contracts, long-term project costs, partnerships with tax equity financing, and alternative energy pricing and hedging.
  • Supervise staff responsible for accounting related operations including the accounting information systems, general ledger accounting, accounts payable and disbursements, accounts receivable and cash receipts, payroll accounting, daily reconciliation of bank balances and procurement.
  • Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in accounting management with significant experience in the development and / or operation of renewable energy generating assets.
  • Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or certified professional accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.
  • Impeccable technology, analytical, and management skills including the Microsoft Office suite, cloud based general ledger packages such as Sage Intacct and business analysis platforms such as Workday Adaptive Planning.
