WHAT IS THE ROLE OF SUPPLY CHAIN AT GENERAL MILLS?

WHAT WILL I DO?

As a Supply Chain Logistics Associate (SCLA) Intern, you will experience a robust 10-week internship at one of our US manufacturing plant locations with hopes that you'll roll into our full-time SCLA program upon graduation. During your internship you will:

  • Lead complex projects while leveraging General Mills project management processes and standards
  • Orchestrate millions of dollars of raw material and finished goods throughout the network
  • Plan production schedules to meet business requirements and key events while maximizing production efficiencies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management or related degree
  • Graduating in Winter 2025 or Spring 2026
  • Strong academic record
  • Strong interpersonal skills, high learning agility, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Technical expertise and process leadership

HUNGRY FOR WHAT'S NEXT?

  • Internship is 10-weeks in Summer 2025
  • Relocation assistance and optional subsidized furnished housing available (if eligible)

The hourly rate for this position is $27.12. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences and skills for their role. The pay for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decision including, but not limited to, educational degree in process, major of study and year in school. Specific benefits may vary by role, location, and other employment status factors.
