Mid Coast Medical Group Primary Care, a department of Mid Coast Hospital, is currently seeking a family medicine or internal medicine physician to serve as Medical Director of Primary Care. The Medical Director will work closely with the VP Physician & App Services and Practice Operations Leadership to oversee the clinical and operational success of our primary care practices. In addition, the Medical Director will help develop and implement primary care-related strategic initiatives and practice clinically as a Primary Care physician. This is a full-time position with ratio of 28 clinical hours to 12 administrative hours. Call consists of outpatient only and is divided equally among the 10+ providers in the group.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

MD/DO from an accredited medical school.  Board Certified/Board Eligible.  Preferred 3 years of leadership experience, though not required.
