Minimum Requirements

Marketing

Marketing responsibilities include: development of marketing strategies, including website content, social media, email marketing, print advertising, writing press releases and managing marketing campaigns in collaboration when appropriate with the Department of Film and Media Studies, the Public Affairs Office, the Development Office, and Alumni Affairs. Responsible for the social media presence of the Carsey-Wolf Center and the Pollock Theater across multiple platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other sites as needed. Serves as a member of the CWC programming team, which includes the Director of the CWC, Associate Director of the CWC and the Pollock Theater Director. Programs individual and series events for the Pollock Theater. Assists the Pollock Theater Director in managing people, events, and providing high level technical support (projection booth, podium, laptop, sound, lighting, blu-ray, etc.) in the Pollock Theater. Assists with scheduling and supervising 20 student staff members and interns, oversees the operation of audio/visual equipment, facilitating relations with patrons and VIP guests, providing for the safety of patrons and guests, and troubleshooting operations during night and weekend events. Serves as back-up to the Pollock Theater Director.
