Description and Requirements
Duties: Lead the collection and documentation of user requirements. Analyze, design and drive solutions for significant components and features. Implement enterprise caliber web, mobile and backend solutions to ensure secure, high code quality across entire team. Investigate and resolve production management incidents, problems and service requests. Interface with key stakeholders and business leaders. Work with cross-functional teams for delivery and design business process models. Mentor mid/junior software engineers.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus four (4) years of experience as a Java Developer, including use of Java, JavaScript, AngularJS, DevOPs, GIT, SAFe, deployment and release rollout of software. Specific skills/other requirements (quantitative experience requirement not applicable to this section) -- must possess the following: designing components and features using Java and Java libraries and frameworks, including Spring Boot and J2EE; using Agile and DevOps to ensure that solutions adapt to digital platform ecosystem; implementing enterprise caliber web, and backend solutions, applying knowledge of SQL, stored procedures, software release deployment, Bitbucket, Git and JIRA; and developing web applications using JavaScript and AngularJS. Hybrid - 3 days in office/2 days remote.
