    Job Description

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with outlined division goals and market trends.
Identify and prioritize target markets and key accounts within the power generation, data centers, and oil & gas sectors.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, procurement managers, and decision-makers.Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis and Research:
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.Conduct market research to gather insights into industry needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation.

Proposal Development and Negotiation:
Lead the preparation of compelling proposals, including technical and commercial aspects, tailored to client requirements.Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals and achieve revenue targets.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the engineering, product development, and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to enhance brand presence and promote renewable energy solutions.

Revenue Growth and Reporting:
Achieve and exceed revenue targets by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.Monitor and report on business development metrics, sales performance, and market feedback.

Industry Representation:
Serve as the representative for the Industrial Division at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our solutions.Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and advancements to ensure compliance and competitive edge.

The Successful Applicant

Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience within the renewable energy sector, specifically targeting power generation, data centers, and oil & gas.Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, market dynamics, and industry trends.Demonstrated success in developing and managing strategic partnerships and large-scale projects.Strong management experience with a history of leading and developing high-performing teams.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior-level stakeholders.Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and across various departments to achieve organizational goals.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
