We are seeking a highly skilled Transactional Attorney to join our team at TemPositions. As a key member of our corporate law practice, you will be responsible for navigating complex business transactions, providing expert advice on mergers and acquisitions, and ensuring seamless contract negotiations.

• Mergers and Acquisitions: Conduct thorough due diligence, structure and negotiate high-stakes deals, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Secured Finance Transactions: Develop and implement effective financing strategies, negotiate loan agreements, and provide expert advice on secured lending.
• Contracts: Draft, review, and manage a variety of business contracts, including employment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and commercial leases.
• Business and Commercial Real Estate: Provide top-tier legal advice on property transactions, including purchases, sales, and leasing.
• Business Formations: Guide new businesses from inception to operation, including entity selection, incorporation, and licensing.
• General Business Practice: Offer comprehensive legal support to diverse clients, including business planning, corporate governance, and compliance.

• License to Practice Law: You must hold a valid Connecticut law license.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, or a related field.
• Education: A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
