Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our OEM accounts. Your responsibilities will revolve around managing phone and email correspondence, resolving customer inquiries, accurately processing orders, and ensuring clear communication of pricing and divisional policies.
Responsibilities:
- Prompt and accurate handling of all orders received.
- Efficient communication with customers, field sales, and internal teams via phone, email, and fax.
- Coordination with various departments to address customer needs promptly.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with OEM customers.
- Reviewing backorders and fulfilling customer demands as required.
- Providing timely responses to customer inquiries, including quoting and order entry.
- Adhering to specified divisional sales policies for order processing, pricing, and shipping.
- Expediting products from multiple divisions to meet customer demands.
- Actively contributing to facility WIN Goals and Cost Reduction programs.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- Preferred: 2-4 year degree.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Preferred: Product knowledge and technical aptitude.
