About the role
The Digital Merchandising Operations Sr. Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Lane Bryant digital product assortment across various online platforms. The Sr. Specialist will implement strategies to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience.

The impact you can have

Implement digital merchandising strategies aligned with company goals and customer preferences.

Manage the digital product assortment, ensuring products are accurately represented online.

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with inventory planners to ensure products are in stock and available for purchase.

Optimize product listings and ensure they meet platform requirements and best practices for various digital channels (e-commerce sites, mobile apps, etc.).

Become a subject matter expert in search optimization, recommendations, and product categorization.

Perform daily site testing, promotional testing, and marketing experience testing *Daily site testing to be completed before 7am during on call rotation.

Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align merchandising strategies with overall business objectives.

You’ll bring to the role

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

3-5 years proven experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce operations, or a similar role.

Experience with e-commerce platforms (Salesforce experience preferred).

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using data analysis tools and Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Detail-oriented with a passion for digital marketing and e-commerce trends.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
