We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Entry-Level Sales Assistant to support our sales team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in sales within the fashion and accessories industry. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for fashion and sales. 
Key Responsibilities: 

Sales Support: 

Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks including order processing, invoicing, and inventory management. 
Prepare sales presentations and proposals. 
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.


Customer Relationship Management: 

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Follow up on sales leads and customer requests. 
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues promptly.


Product Knowledge: 

Stay updated on the latest product offerings and industry trends. 
Assist in organizing and setting up product displays for sales presentations and trade shows. 
Provide product information and support to customers and the sales team.




Administrative Duties: 

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. 
Coordinate shipping and logistics for customer orders. 
Support the sales team with various ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.



Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software. 
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn. 
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
