About the role:

Are you a visionary leader passionate about creating and driving product strategy? Do you have a knack for solving complex operations problems and a robust supply chain/transportation industry background? If so, Maersk invites you to join our dynamic team as a Product Manager for Maersk Ground Freight Products

As a Product Manager, you will have a high degree of ownership over critical features and the customer experience, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our MGF network. This cross-functional role requires collaboration with Product, Platform, Technology, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to plan and design both strategic and tactical approaches. You will support current operations, optimize performance conditions, and ensure scalability to drive revenue growth.

In this role:

  • You will assume end-to-end product ownership of Maersk Ground Freight products, delivering exceptional services to our customers.

  • You will manage the entire product life cycle from inception to launch.

  • You will articulate customer needs through ongoing research, leveraging internal expertise, and prioritizing feature requirements.

  • You will advocate for the customer, providing a strong voice for their needs.

  • You will write detailed product requirements documents, define use cases, features, and KPIs, and drive trade-off discussions with internal teams.

  • You will determine product and service costs and partner with internal teams to develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies.

  • You will create business cases and develop LTL product strategies based on desired customer features.

  • You will launch and scale the network while meeting performance metrics.

  • You will solve problems and develop creative options to overcome challenges, ensuring on-time and within-budget go-to-market.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, logistics, or supply chain management

  • Minimum 5 years of Ground Freight product experience LTL, FTL, Intermodal, Expedited, White-Glove, 3PL.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing overall framework, roadmap, and P&L commitments in partnership with both internal and external providers.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex or controversial topics to a diverse audience.

  • Strong ability to work cooperatively with internal and external groups to achieve objectives.

  • An analytical leader with deep operational experience.

Travel: Domestic travel is expected for 25% of the time.
