Accounting Clerk (215745-14)

A local real estate tech firm is seeking an accounting professional to join their team and help with the day-to-day duties of their busy accounting team. In this role, you will resolve discrepancies, process and reconcile invoices, and perform data entry.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of billing/collections experience and previous experience using QuickBooks software.

Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week Location Iwilei, Honolulu, Oahu Pay $45,000 to $50,000 a year Responsibilities
  • Research and resolve account discrepancies.
  • Process and reconcile invoices.
  • Handle all billings.
  • Post checks.
  • Collection of outstanding accounts receivable.
  • Import/export information from Excel reports.
  • Perform data entry of accounts receivables and accounts payable.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • College degree in accounting, finance, or a business-related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of billing/collections experience.
  • Previous experience using QuickBooks.
  • Experience with SalesForce software is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Fast and accurate 10-key skills.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
